UBB Pension Insurance is looking for a motivated and ambitious professional for the position of

Back Office of Investment Management Expert in the Finance Directorate:

Your role will be:

• Administering and processing transactions with financial instruments;
• Maintaining accounting records and performing data entry and verification related to pension funds asset transactions;
• Maintaining correspondence regarding concluded transactions with investment intermediaries, the Custodian bank, the Financial Supervision Commission, the Central Depository, the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, etc.;
• Creating and maintaining electronic data files related to the daily processes for valuation of financial assets;
• Preparing regular reports required by the Financial Supervision Commission, the Bulgarian National Bank, etc., related to investment activities;
• Performing tasks related to the department’s mandatory daily procedures.

You are the right candidate if you have:

• University degree in Economics;
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework related to capital markets;
• Excellent computer literacy (MS Excel);
• Good command of English;
• Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
• Analytical thinking, concentration, precision, organization and good communication skills;
• Initiative, responsibility and commitment to assigned tasks;
• Teamwork.
