UBB Pension Insurance is looking for an experienced and motivated professional for the position of Chief Risk Manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Oversees financial risks of investment portfolios by monitoring exposures across various asset classes for all investments associated risks, including credit ratings and limits to ensure that investments are within investment mandate and risk tolerance;
- Stays up-to-date with financial markets developments in order to consider the implications of market movements on the company’s investment activities and assist in strategy setting and decision making regarding the allocation of investment resources.
- Supports the Management to proactively identify, assess, and manage risks;
Prepares internal and external reports for Management and The Regualtor.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master‘s degree in Mathematics, Finance or Economics;
- Understanding of financial instruments (equities, fixed income, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Visual basic is a plus
- Understanding of market, credit and liquidity risks
- Ability to adapt and implement risk frameworks and policies
- Experience with financial modelling is a plus.
- Knowledge of penision regulatory requirements.
- Excellent command of English – both written and spoken;
- Strong communication and presentation skills
