We are currently looking to appoint a „Legal Advisor“ for our Legal Directorate

Main responsibilities:

• Receives and carries out assignments on legal cases;
• Provides advice on business related issues requiring legal involvement;
• Prepares documentation/contracts or provides opinion on such documentation prepared by business partners;
• Provides day-to day support to the operational units of the Company, primarily: Back office; Sales and Investment Management;
• Oversees application of the authorization procedure and maintains the Register of the issued powers of attorney;
• Conducts trainings to the staff on legal topics

Qualifications and Experience:

• University degree in Law and qualification achieved
• Analytical mindset and attention to details
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Disciplined approach to tasks and short deadlines.
• Team player able to work on his/her own and take decisions
• Very good command of English – verbal and written knowledge on the legal aspects concerning financial/insurance sector shall be considered an advantage
