His working career started and passed successively through the Ministry of Finance, Bulbank and Chiosbank. From 1994 to 2001 he was Director of Financial Markets at ING Bank in Bulgaria. He has led NN Pension Insurance Company and NN Life Insurance Company in Bulgaria since their establishment in 2001 and 2006 respectively. Following the acquisition of NN Bulgaria's business by KBC in 2021, he continues to lead the pension insurance company under the company's new brand - "Pension Insurance Company UBB".
He graduated from the UNWE with a degree in International Economic Relations. His career has been accompanied by numerous trainings and specializations in Amsterdam, London, New York, Athens. In 2006 he completed a two-year CEDEP programme for senior managers at INSEAD, France.
Nikolay Stoykov is a member of the board of Junior Achievement Bulgaria.

He started his career with the company in April 2003 as Head of Investment Management at ING Pension Insurance Company.


Anastas Petrov has considerable experience in the financial sector from his work at CIBANK in Sofia, where he successively headed the Liquidity Department and the Corporate Clients Department of the financial institution. Anastas Petrov is a member of the Management Board of the Bulgarian Association of Supplementary Pension Insurance Companies and Chairman of the Staff Qualification Committee of the Association.
He is a graduate of the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, majoring in Business Management and Administration. He holds a Bachelor's degree in European Business Administration from the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside (ULH) in the UK. He also holds an Executive Master in Finance, Banking & Real Estate from the American University in Bulgaria and SDA Bocconi in Italy.

She started his professional career at the Privatisation Agency, where she worked as a senior expert in the Legal Directorate from 1997 to 2002. She graduated in Law from St. Kliment Ohridski University. She has undergone specialized training at the Adam Smith Institute London, as well as various risk management trainings at NN Group. In 2012 and 2018 she participated in projects related to the compliance function for Natinaonale-Nederlanden Spain and NN Group.

Elitsa Zancheva started her career in the financial sphere at United Bulgarian Bank and later continued at Raiffeisenbank Bulgaria, where she held the positions of Manager of the specialized network of mobile bankers of Raiffeisenbank and Manager of Raiffeisen Property. She graduated from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia and holds a Master's degree in Finance.

Veneta Manova holds a Master's degree in International Economic Relations and Accounting and Control from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia. In 2010, she obtained her professional qualification as a Certified Internal Auditor from the Global Institute of Internal Auditors (the IIA, USA). She is also certified by the same Institute in the area of Self-Assessment of Risks and Controls. In the period May 2015 - July 2021 Veneta Manova is the Risk Manager of NN Pension Insurance and NN Life Insurance in Bulgaria. Since August 2021, she has held the position of Finance and Risk Manager at UBB Pension Insurance Company EAD.
